However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us...

"It's cool how they're complete with a mini stove, fridge, microwave and other amenities even though they're price is really cheap. There's a lot of good places to eat around the area and a 7/11 and mini grocery store beside it."

"建物は古いですが、清潔感があり、快適でした。奥行きのある作りになっていて、意外に広かったです。歴史的建造物で忍者屋敷のようで、子供が喜んでいました。外国人に好まれる雰囲気。1Fのカフェ兼団欒室も自由に使わせてもらえるので、滞在者が少ないときは家一軒借りれたようなお得な気分になれます。多摩川周辺のアクセスも良い。ここは無料駐車場がないので、コインパーキングの駐車場代を気にしなければいけない点がマイナスですが、それを補う利点が多いと思います。マスターも好感の持てる優しい感じの方でした。"
