"Location is what you expect being so close to the airport and right on the edge of town. If you need somewhere to stay the night before your flight it’s perfect! "I stayed 3 nights in this lovely public house (the Sun Inn, Acomb). It didn't have big town amenities, but it was fine for me as I wanted to visit and walk parts of Hadrians Wall.
