"We chose a bad day to go, there was a Christmas fare on in a marquee in the grounds and the place was packed out with every available member of staff busy in the restaurant, so there was no one mannig the reception, so, we did as the notice on the door said and asked a member of staff to check us in, and although she was rushed of her feet she got us checked in along with another couple who had also arrived. "We had a lovely stay at the Coach and Horses, very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast and food. We where given a warm welcome. Everything was perfect. We managed to park our motorcycles on the road opposite the property which we could see from our room window. Parking was free from 5pm - 9am and we where given a disc from 9am-11am which is when they needed to be moved til 5pm. All day Free parking was available at a car park close by. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area...

"Our room was beautiful. It had a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was a good size. The only downside was that the toilet flush handle was broken but still worked. It could have done with better lighting in the bathroom as you couldn’t see in the mirror very well. The room was immaculately clean and had a sofa and tv with easy to connect to WiFi. Personally I struggled with comfort of the bed as I found it too soft but it was dressed with clean sheets and had extra pillows in the wardrobe....

I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
