"The staff were amazing, on reception, at breakfast, the ladies who cleaned the rooms, security, bar staff, cooks even the people who did Maintainance, special thanks to Sid, who was concerned about our safety when we went to carnival at night, and always checked in with us to see we were ok. Can’t recommend, this hotel highly enough. The breakfasts are amazing and so are the caipirinha! "
