About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest). Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit. Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna. Easy to Uber to and from. Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

definitely in need of a room refurbishment. No controls on noisy aircon, but did mostly drown out street noise due to ill-fitting single-glazed units. 1 cupboard hinge not secure. Essa propriedade está totalmente obsoleta, necessita de reforma urgentemente. Tudo velho e enferrujado no banheiro, portas arranhadas, pintura suja, o modelo do cofre e’ de uns 30 anos atrás, não há tomadas perto da cama e baratas invadiram meu quarto depois de uma chuva que alagou a rua. Qdo reclamei eles disseram q era normal elas subirem pelo esgoto. Pague um pouco mais e fique num hotel mais novo!

É um bom hotel
O hotel em si é bem estruturado, e o atendimento na recepção é excelente. Para mim, o que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã. As comidas tinham cara de ser reaproveitadas - principalmente os frios, que visualmente estavam passados. O wifi também deixou a desejar por não pegar. Mas apesar disso, voltaria para ver como são os outros aposentos.

O Hotel possui uma ótima localização, ao lado de uma estação de metrô que leva aos principais pontos da cidade e de excelentes bares e restaurantes. Ambiente bonito, limpo e organizado. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Contudo, eles precisam revisar melhor os quartos. No primeiro dia nosso chuveiro não tinha agua quente. Foi comunicado e só foi resolvido no dia seguinte. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto também não funcionava direito, parecia muito antigo e ineficiente para resfriar de fato o ambiente. A sauna é boa, funciona bem, mas a piscina estava com a água muito turva e com um odor forte, desagradável de usar. E, por fim, o restaurante parece não conseguir atender a demanda dos hóspedes. Realizamos um pedido de pratos executivos na nossa ultima noite e o atendente disse que nao estavam mais aceitando pedidos, pois, poderia demorar mais de 2hrs ou nem sair. Resumindo, é um hotel bonito, muito bem localizado, seguro, mas precisa revisar o funcionamento de suas instalações e de seu restaurante.

Fiquei apavorado com os comentários mas foi tudo certo, o hotel cumpre com o prometido… o quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso, toalhas ótimas, chuveiro tbm, preço da diária muito bom, café da manhã excelente. A estrutura é antiga, mas pra minha experiência foi ok.
