"The service was excellent, and most of the staff spoke English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. We arrived several hours before check-in, but the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area. Its location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. Security is present 24/7 outside the hotel, which added to the sense of safety. "The staff were great. Housekeeping was good as well plus the location was central. The gym is not exactly functional because of the old and broken equipments. The bathroom tiles could use some fresh grout in certain areas and silicone replacement for the edges."
