"This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated in the older section of Santa Rosa, near the old railroad depot. The first time I stayed in the modern extension across the street from the historic Main hotel. This time I got to stay in the beautiful historic building. My room is comfortable and clean. The friendly atmosphere reminds me of staying at a bed and breakfast but even a little nicer. "Lexi" at the reception desk was super friendly, efficient at check-in and offered many restaurant recommendations. Many restaurants are in walking distance. "

"This place gives Best Western a run for the money. It has that empire beat in several categories especially customer service. While I was treated like street trash at BW, the realm of Extended Stay was extremely welcoming and didn't make me feel insecure whatsoever. The crowd here may appear unruly but don't judge a book by its cover. Law enforcement rolls thru once in awhile but there are so many of them in this county boredom must overwhelm them. The prices are the lowest you'll find and if you're balling on a budget this is the place to stay. "
