Over 800 sq ft room in private home. One full size bed and pull out loveseat. 1.5 miles to beautiful Santa Rosa beach and 30A. 1.5 miles to Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant. Close to shopping, outlet center, 3 miles to Grayton beach, seven miles to Seaside. Beautiful, sugar white beaches and Emerald green water. Ride your bike, play in the powder white beach sand. Three public beach access points, that are new with clean restrooms within 2 miles. 4 miles to Baytown. Located in Santa Rosa Beach. No smoking, no pets. Again, this is a room for rent in a private home. You are renting room upstairs with private bathroom. Mini fridge, dining table, tv and keureg in room. Beautiful home! You are renting upstairs room in private home! If you do your research, this is the best deal around! Some ads charge for linens, towels, parking and soap! That’s ridiculous! All included here!

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean. Victoria, the owner, and her family were very nice. Honestly we didn't even know they were there. I was very comfortable staying at her home.

A relaxing and homey experience
This was me and my husbands first experience to rent a room in someone’s home and it was awesome. The communication was outstanding (Victoria is super sweet). The house is beautiful and homey and the room we rented was huge. Loved the space and the set up was perfect. I love the tile in the bathroom, the huge flat screen, the small fridge with little waters available for guests and there is access to change the temp in the room (there is also a fan). I swear I was more worried about us making noise lol The house was always silent! It really felt like we were in our complete own space. The room is located upstairs and just outside the room there is a huge closet to the right and a lovely coffee setup to the left. Victoria made this whole experience SO easy/relaxed and the room was totally affordable. I HIGHLY recommend renting this space. We are already planning out next visit. Thank you so much Victoria for the amazing experience. I look forward to next time!
