We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

Not a fully stock kitchen compared to many I have stayed in. No dish towel, pot holders or kitchen towels. We had to go buy bowls to put left overs in because most of the cabinets was empty. Update pans & get non stick ones just a suggestion. We went & bought our own set. Had trouble with electrical in the house but they fixed it the next day. Things...

"Home is very nice, be mindful all bedrooms are on upper levels. The location is great very convenient to the beach, stores and eaterys if you dont want to cook.For those who do cook the kitchen needs to have more cooking (pot and pans) items, I am a morning cook only and dont mind cooking that meal when on vacation. There was only 1 frying pan and one pot for a home the holds up to 10 guest. As an extended home owner myself, the kitchen could be better stocked with trash bags, dish washing...
