"The place is always great, it has some of the most comfortable beds I’ve seen, and the view is unbeatable. This time I had an issue when returning after hours to my room and the lady in the front desk went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Can’t beat this kind of service."

"Property is located in the center of Mexico City. Everything is walkable distance from the hotel. Very clean and staff are tentative to your requests. Would definitely stay again at the hotel."
