"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. The hotel also has a public bath separated by gender which is free for guests to use. The check in process was self-service, and can have glitches with the machine, which made the process a little frustrating. The staff however were helpful. "
