Find All-inclusive Hotel in San Juan

"Everything is good but there are transactions which are charged to room and they aren’t validating it, we got two liquor bills when we don’t drink at all. And also after checkout they charged couple transactions to credit card, and when tried to enquire it’s hard to find them. I need to go thru my cc now to report a complaint against those charges. Headache after a nice stay their, summary is it’s all good but it’s all hidden charges and no validity when charging to room(which is bad)"

"Everything was great. The staff was polite and professional. The WiFi in the rooms was NOT good. The $65 resort fee was excessive for what it included, many amenities that most people don’t use. "

"We loved this hotel for our honeymoon! The pools and beach setups are amazing- very good service from setting up chairs and serving food/drinks. The lobby bars and casino are fun at night, it’s very lively on the weekend! We ate at the beach club and Cana and really enjoyed everything we had. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms could use an update. The hotel also touts its eco friendliness but doesn’t have anywhere collecting compostable material (so they just go to the regular garbage)....
