"Beautiful grounds and amazing beach view. Unfortunately the maintenance of some key features was poor. 2 beach decks were closed to access, one of them for consecutive years, one elevator out of 2 was not working, the shower faucet in our room was dripping constantly and the room was noisy due to the proximity of the one functioning elevator. Amazing place but needs to step up its maintenance plan."

"Rooms were big, cleaned everyday. Wasn’t located on beach but shuttle offered throughout day to beach and old San Juan so made it very accessible. Great options around for dining. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't agree with many of the criticisms other reviewers had -- there were always 2-3 staff on hand to help, the tv always worked, the room was in good condition. Yes, it's worn around the edges but they work hard to keep everything clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There is street noise but nothing that gave us trouble.
