"Gorgeous property, jacuzzi by the pool was broken but there was a private one. Food was amazing grounds were incredible. A bit cooler than arenal. Close to airport in the hills outside of San Jose. Luxury experience. "

"Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rusty the dog was so sweet. Property is great for children with the pool and animals, but there are a lot of stairs when walking and exploring. I’m not sure it would work for everyone. We got in late after the restaurant was closed, so they had sandwiches and fruit prepared in our room without us even asking. It was the little touches for us. We loved it here! Highly recommend. "

"Very dirty with coach roaches in the buffet . Street noise so loud you couldn’t sleep, it was a nightmare. Toilets were not even cleaned , who knows if the sheets were washed. Just say no !! Don’t stay here !!! "
