"We enjoyed our stay in this condo during Modernism Week in Palm Springs. It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. You have to walk up 10+ steps to get to the front door."

"The owners have clearly taken great care to provide an excellent stay for guests. This condo is nicely appointed and beautifully decorated with a wonderful Palm Springs vibe. The location makes it easily walkable to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, and a casino. Two sparkling pools also ensure plenty of relaxing time without any big crowds. We loved our stay here so, so much and can't wait to return."

"My interaction with Arrived was top-notch. They were so easy to work with and tried to make their clients happy. Very much appreciated. The house had a few "issues". no remote for the master light and fan. internet/spectrum TV went out every 20 minutes in the LR, use of the oven caused the whole house to get smokey and smoke detectors went off many times. master shower head positioned poorly such that either you had to stand against the wall or the floor got soaked. Only provided 4 towels...

"I would definitely recommend a stay here! The location is great, tucked up against the mountains in a very quiet development with all the amenities. Grady welcomed us and showed us around. I loved how other folks left kitchen necessities for our use (salt, sugar, tea, spices, even food storage containers and ziploc bags). An added bonus is that you can walk to Koffi for a morning latte. The condo is comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the sun. We will be back!"

"We loved this location, two pools, a great hot tub, a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our Condo was well equipped with everything we could need, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and very nice linens. The Acme House Company made our check in so easy and we received lots of communication leading up to our stay. During our stay we had information in case of emergency or if we should require anything additional during our stay. I am looking forward to returning."
