"We travelled to LA for the first time and the purpose of this trip was my husband birthday. 2 days before we arrived I called the hotel to let them know to leave a message for my husband to say happy birthday Mohammad so I can surprise him. I was so excited and when we arrived I saw a note on a table saying my name instead. That really disappointed me cause I paid for the whole trip as a gift to him and this really disappointed me. "

"Clean, safe, and conveniently located by universal studios. Parking does cost extra but worth it for the convenience and safety. The staff were great as well. "
