"Overall, the hotel is very pretty and within walking distance of pretty much everything. We were right next to a departure point for the tours we took and the staff in the hotel were very nice. We were able to check in early and check out a little bit late without issues. The only things we didn't like were that the fridge in our room was not working and the WiFi in the hotel could be spotty at times. Also, there were a few days were we didn't have hot water.
