"It is a beautiful property and the concept is very nice, the only downfalls are the beds (hard as a rock) and shower needs to be deep-cleaned or be remodel. Breakfast, excellent, good staff service. "

"A beautifully designed hotel retaining all its colonial features. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My superior room was comfortable, but it was external / street side so there was traffic noise from very early in the morning. I live in London and I had jet lag so it didn’t bother me. If you are a light sleeper request an internal courtyard room. The location is excellent for exploring San Cristobal. "
