"Centrally located with easy access to mall, food options, bank and available transportation. Overall hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The pool area didn’t have any umbrellas which would have been nice and the gym didn’t have any circulation causing extreme heat when more than 1 person was working out. Would stay again if made those minor adjustments. "

"Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"

"We checked in in the evening and there was a magic glow about the Sombra. We were greeted warmly and were entranced at the beauty of everything. Service was perfect as were the accommodations. Added bonus- the restaurant was creative and excellent. We look forward to our next, longer stay. "
