"Extremely disappointing. Towels, bottled water, teabags, toiletries had to be requested daily from reception! Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, dinners very mundane. An additional charge for coffee at dinner! €108 charge for massage by someone who was not a masseuse and arrived ten minutes late for appointment. Addressed issues with manager who suggested a free wrap in a waterbed on my next visit to Oceano. I will not be returning!. "

"I’ve found that when the Spanish say rural, they mean RURAL! The location was superb. The hotel is perched on a cliff with wonderful view of the sea, rocks and coves. If you are into fishing it is a dream. If you want peace and quiet, a nice location for meditation or to feed the soul, this is it. A well preserved older home, I would believe. I booked B&B but did have dinner which was a real home cooked meal. My balcony was small but some rooms have bigger, so if it’s important do check that...

"The Eco-Cave has been fitted out to a very high standard, incredibly clean and very quiet inside, just perfect for relaxing. To the outside of the cave the seating area is beautifully done and you are able to look across Valle Jimenez and witness real life Tenerife. "Netter Empfang am Anreisetag. Super Garten/Poolbereich, gute Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Keine Wäscheablagemöglichkeit im Kreiderschrank. Sehr muffiger Geruch in allen Räumen. Geschirr nicht sehr sauber, sowie Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine. Kochfeld sehr klein, Pfannen und Töpfe verbogen. Stöpsel im Waschbecken der Küche fehlte was das Abwaschen schwer machte.
