"From start to finish, this hotel was wonderful. Easy valet parking right in front of door to lobby. Quick check-in. Very clean, beautiful room. Comfortable bed, great products in room. Excellent staff all around. Very attentive and friendly security, valet, front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Beautiful restaurant with great food (had dinner and breakfast). 10 steps to the Warfield. Close to many restaurants. Could not have been any better. Will definitely stay again. "

"The Hotel grounds were nice and the fire pits were a nice touch. The rooms were large but the bathrooms were a little on the smaller size but functional. The breakfast was good and very busy but we were still seated quickly and enjoyed the offerings. The location is excellent. There is a lot to see and do within walking distance. We would stay here again. "

"The first part of the stay was great (except the car wash out the window). It was clean and comfortable, nice staff. The second time was awful. That room had a dangerous metal frame sticking a foot out from under the bed, the lamps and charge stations didn't work right and there was mold and rust in the bathroom. Our car was fine however. I hope they plan full upgrades to all rooms before placing travelers in them."
