"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries. The only savoury items were eggs and salami. If you wanted dinner you also had to choose what you wanted in advance. "

"If you want to do Florence but don't want the hustle and bustle of the city, and don't mind a train journey this place is perfect! I picked this hotel as wanted somewhere nice and quiet but accessible for Florence and Pisa, and the photos and reviews of others guests tempted us.
