"Nice hotel. Our room faced the main street that the hotel entrance was on, so it was a bit noisy due to tourist traffic. They do have rooms facing the courtyard so there are options if noise is an issue. The staff was super nice especially the kitchen staff. Rooms were clean, as were the hallways. Location is 5 min walk to the Duomo, with many restaurant options in the area. We were there in March so can’t attest to air conditioning effectiveness. Heat worked great though! "

"The hotel is newly renovated! It’s really clean and the staff are really great especially Anna on the breakfast buffet. I love the location, it’s close to everything just stepped out the hotel and you’ll find pretty much everything you need. We will definitely come back! Thank you! "
