"Amazing place, it was the first hotel we stayed in when we arrrived and it was a great location to get acclimated to the city. It's right by the train station, with plenty of places fo eat. I'd only comment on the laundry machines, as the dryers took a bit long for then to dry clothes. "

"This hotel is just right above the limo bus station. It is very convenient for travelers with lots of checked-in luggage. I used Narita Express before but it was hard to ride with lots of big luggage due to staircases up and down to the train platform. The hotel's location is right in the Shinjuku district. There are lots of dining, shopping, transportation and entertainment options nearby."

"The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful, respectful, and efficient. They will only clean your room every 4 days rather than daily. New towels and bottles of water would be given daily in a bag outside your door. The Okubo train (4 minute walk) and the Shin Okubo train station (10 minute walk) are conveniently close by. I found the restaurants on the main strip were mediocre, so you would have to travel by train to get some better, authentic Japanese meals. Mainly Korean and Northern Chinese restaurants surround the hotel and surprisingly, a few Vietnamese restaurants as well. However, a 10 minute walk towards their financial district, I found a few great ramen restaurants where locals dine. This is heading toward Omoide Yokocho and the shopping area of Shinjuku. This was my 2nd stay and may come back again because I know this area and found the train stations conveniently located. "
