"Location is ideal with tube station less than 5mins walk from the property. 7/11 is next to the building if you need anything. Staff was very polite and helpful & I would recommend to anyone to stay here. I’m 6ft and had plenty of room & could kneel down in the pods so space isn’t an issue for people worried about being claustrophobic!! Overall experience was very good & all communal areas was well kept and clean."

"Staff was amazing, facilities are super clean and they do a great job of keeping the place peaceful and quiet. A quick word of warning to anyone with mobility issues: there are no elevators in this building. It only was an issue when lugging my 50lb suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Otherwise the value more than made up for it. But i am capable using stairs without issue. "You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."
