"Property manager/owner was amazing to communicate with. The house was so lovely to stay in and perfect for 2 x families with teenage kids. "Modern three storey town house with three bedrooms! Great place for a large party! Very comfortable and 10-12 minute walk from local Shinjuku stations. 20 minutes to Shibuya crossing! Very responsive, kind and understanding host. Host was extremely accommodating and was flexible to change our dates last minute, when typhoon in Okinawa uprooted our trip plans. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again."
