"The staff is stellar!! They go out of their way to make things so easy for you. After 26 hours travel time and a sick partner, they went out of their way to help me. And I’m confident this is how they treat everyone all the time. I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff! So friendly, helpful and very fluent in English! The room was immaculately clean, and the comforter was so warm and high quality! I was incredibly impressed and hope to stay with you again!"
