"Excellent service and beautiful room"

"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...

"A lovely stay, the amenities wrre great especially having the washing machine in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. The buses went from the road outside the hotel and went to the main spots around Kyoto. We really enjoyed this stay."

"The location was great, easy 5 min walk to subway and bus. Only 15 mins to market and shopping. The room was comfortable and a good size for Japanese standards. It is nice to have a kitchenette and there was free water. We only received 1 towel each and had to ask for extra towels which was not a problem. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any, that is a first and very unfortunate since it made my sleeping less comfortable."

"This was a great apartment for a family for 4 nights. Loved the location easy 10-15 min walk to shopping area and close to a train station. Loved that it had cooking facilities, a washing machine and the bathroom wet area became a dryer to dry clothes overnight, which worked better than a dryer. Would definitely recommend staying here. "My wife and I traveled for the first time with our 7 month son. We were met at the front desk by Joe. He provided over the top hospitality. He saw our baby and immediately offered us a crib, diaper trash can, and a milk bottle sterilizer. We felt so welcome. It made our four day stay more comfortable.
