"The decor of the whole hotel was very good. We stayed in a racing themed room & the colour scheme and detailing was excellent. The public areas were comfortable and felt welcoming and cosy. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only downside was that there was no parking either on site or close by. However, the hotel was well positioned for access to the city centre and all of its features and attractions and the entrance to Grosvenor park & river were a hundred feet away at the bottom of the street. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. The hotel was quiet despite its city centre location & the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had all necessary facilities."

"Welcomed warmly. Swift check-in. Clean room. Free entry to spa suite which was very welcome in the mornings. Handy location for a walk into city along the canal. Easy to access from motorways. I would recommend and stay here again 100%."
