"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"I booked the property for my parents & their friend as a surprise getaway to relax. The first thing my parents commented on was how clean the property was and that it smelled amazing on arrival. They loved the location of the house, also they appreciated that should kids be staying there, the toys/dress up provided & also the style of the second bedroom would be fantastic for them. "The lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean and pretty and everything you could need. However what made our holiday absolutely perfect was the garden the lodge is set in. Stunningly beautiful, magical grounds that you could see from all sides of the lodge. With a folly perfect for an outdoor fire and BBQ. Central to all of the North East and Durham attractions.
