"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "

But the big dissapointment was the service at the breakfast. I can understand that it is a "privat" hotel, and every guest goes to the one table in the kitchen, everything being a bit like invading someones home.
