"We loved our room. It was across the street from the train station. We are seniors (ages 76 and 77) and the room had everything we needed to feel safe and comfortable. Staff were kind, friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. We recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here for a long weekend. Straightforward check in process. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only thing that let the room down was no tea/coffee making facilities. Due to the hotels location there are quite a few street beggars around outside and it can be quite noisy but this didn’t affect our sleep or stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice to eat and drink. "

"A clean property which, in my room, suffered from many marks on the wall where previous guests had been careless with baggage. Nonetheless the room was clean and very quiet. The bathroom was also very clean,it was very small but everything worked as it should. Breakfast spread was fine. The hotel is a very short walk from Hamburg railway station and there are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short stay and remarkably good value. "
