Nice hotel but in room facilities are very mean - especially for a luxury room - no bottle of water, no snacks and only half the coffee pods ever replaced - very miserly. As I arrived very late it would have been nice to have had some food and drink options in the room - complimentary or not, something would be nice

The hotel is very nice, good location easy access to Metro. I rarely complain in this occasion, need to tell, the staff not to the standard of a 4star hotel which charges €200 a night First on check out see people paying when at 21.45 on checking in I am ask to pay Restaurant you can stay waiting for minutes and getting ignored, not enough staff, and you can be met with some rudeness. I would advise to buy water prior getting to the hotel they charge €8 for a bottle and no bottles in room so no choice Any way your choice

Was amazing, could sleep until 13:00 although checkout at 12 at no extra cost. Very nice staff, helpful and gave us a free welcome drink and even with a shot although only nonalc drinks should be served. Amazing

The Hotel is located near the train station and in the middle of the city centre. Diverse restaurants are close by. Staff is very friendly. I can recommend the hotel!

The staff at this location were wonderful and so friendly. We enjoyed the bar, dinner and breakfast option as well as the staff working it. Everyone seemed to love their job and want to do what’s best for the customer. We will definitely stay at this location again our next in Germany.

Christmas market trip.
It was spoilt by workmen drilling for 2 days until we complained. Manager stopped them from loud machines otherwise was a handy place to stay. This hotel was a little more than I would usually pay but it was very central to railway station and Christmas markets what we came for.

I got good service when checking in late one Saturday night. Was desperately hungry and they had absolutely nothing to offer. Not even a Coca Cola, nothing edible. Minibar in my suite was also empty. Had one teabag and tap water. And this being Germany nothing else was open. They recommended an app but seriously. Suite was nice, bed great but showering caused a small river of water out on the floor.

To be honest, we thought that we would have a hotel room in spite of the “hostel-hotel” listing since this was the most expensive of our hotels on our seven country trip. =great breakfast and very clean and conveniently located-shared bathroom and hard to get a shower, no ac and very loud all night from the street outside, so hard to sleep-front desk person not hospitable.
