Rooms comfortable however bathroom only good if you don't want to shave, apply make-up or look at yourself in the mirror - lighting is shockingly bad / unconsidered! 25hrs Hotel - please sort this out!"

"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."

"Nice staff. property slightly past its glory as maintenance lacking, with skirting board coming off around sliding doors, wardrobe handle ripped off and not replaced, shower door slightly bent and no longer sealing and our minibar not working so I had to store my medication pen in the reception fridge and ask the bar staff to chill the champagne from the room minibar. Slight inconvenience Nice location as in between centre and harbour area and boutique feel to it. "
