Most staff were friendly. Lots of selection at breakfast. Clean hotel and room. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure with lots of hot water. Minor issue if you are sensitive to Indian cooking smells you may not like this hotel as the restaurant features Indian food.

The hotel is fine, clean with a very friendly staff. The neighbourhood is a bit ruf. It is quiet a journey to go to the city center by public transport. But if you travel by car it is no problem. A nice hotel to stay for a few days to visit Hamburg!

Good value for a very low price
We have stayed at far better hotels and the breakfast was so-so (in a nice room though) but service was fine and the price was so low that it was execelent value for money ! And parking was cheap and easy at the back of the hotel.

The water was hot and had good pressure. Not really much else to write about. There was also an odd smell of burning rubber in the eatery way of the area my room was in. It was very hot in the room and lots of spiders.

The recepcionist that attended when we arrive in the afternoon was not friendy and she gavd us a room in the floor that smelled very bad, when we arrived at night we didnt know how to entry the hotel and altough she was there at the recepcion and coul see and hear us coming, she didn't help us. The recepcionist from the morning was very kindly and changed us to another room on the 4th floor, that room was ok. The breakfast was very good. We had also problems at the parkplace, because there was a big truck parked at the corner and it got very difficult for me to get the car out of the parkplace, I also informed the recepcionist of the afternoon but she didn't do anything.When we arrived later the truck was still there.

We booked a room that would sleep 5 people and then arrived very late due to a delayed train. They gave us 2 rooms instead of one, which would have been fine except that each room had only 2 single beds. There was no where for our 5th person to sleep. I had to beg for a pillow and blanket so that I could make my daughter a bed on the floor. This process took an additional 30 minutes after an already very long day. But, breakfast was good and the place was nice overall. It was easy to get back the the train via bus in the morning.

Für zwei Nächte kann man das schon machrn aber für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Angaben entsprachen nicht der Realität. Rezeption war unfreundlich, es gab nicht einmal rin Hallo. Die Parkplätze für die man jeden tag zahlen muss sind sehr klein und schlecht befahrbar. Wenn man später abends zurück kommt hat man riesen Problem mit dem Auto überhaupt auf das gelände zum parken zu gelangen. Das Hotelrestaurant hatte die ganze zeit in der wir dort waren geschlossen. Das stand aber nicht in der info beim buchen, sondern nur eine kleine Tafel im Eingangsbereich mit heute geschlossen, diese war aber jeden tag dort. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein und die Dusche schließt nicht richtig, das wasser änderte dauernd zwischen kalt und sehr sehr heiß. Das Frühstück war ok doch auch nicht so wie angepriesen und für diesen preis ziemlich kark. Nachts muss man die Fenster auf jedenfall schließen, sonst kann man mit dem gebrülle der leute auf der Straße nicht schlafen. Am Anreisetag mussten wir noch eine pauschale zahlen , die uns aber keiner sagen konnte für was diese ist oder warum da wir doch auch schon im Vorfeld bezahlt hatten.

Wir haben für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man das Gespräch aus dem Nachbarzimmer wort für wort mithören konnte. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein, zum schlafen reicht es. Leider war bei uns das Bett sehr durchgelegen sodass es jedes Mal gequietscht hat sobald man es berührte. Alles in allem ok.

Okay hotel, men utrygge omgivelser
Hotellet var som sådan fint, sengen en kende hård og morgenmaden simpel (ingen bacon og røræggene tørre), men vi tjekkede ud allerede efter én overnatning, da vi ikke brød os om omgivelserne og følte os utrygge ved at gå ude om aftenen.
