"We loved our room. It was across the street from the train station. We are seniors (ages 76 and 77) and the room had everything we needed to feel safe and comfortable. Staff were kind, friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. We recommend this hotel."

"There was a wait at both check in and check out, they needed more staff on shift. The bar closed quite early. The bathroom was very small, and the water wasn't that hot."

"Modern, clean and comfortable room. Perfect for a short stay and directly opposite Hamburg Hbf. The only downside was having to check in at Boutique 056 and smell in the entrance and stairway, possibly from the Italian or carpet! "
