"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early. The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. "I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it."
