Although urgent improvements on the ventilation is needed as when different people come in, the room kind of smells not due to cleanliness but coz of different kind of people who may come in. "Great property. Perfect size for 20 adults. Tons of kitchen equipment and a huge range/oven. The lounge is comfy , loads of books and games. Bunks were clean and comfy too. Loads of outdoor space and an extra field/ toilets/ showers to hire for more campers •Bring wood or charcoal for the pizza oven.
