"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. While we didnt have a chance to dine in,the rooftop has amazing views of the city. For those who have plans to stage out to thr coubtrysidr, the majority of car rental offices are nearby as are their storage garages making walking to and from very easy for adventuring out into Tuscany. Likewise a very easy 12 minute walk from the train station with 1-2 pieces of luggage. Great place!"

"Amazing breakfast and they focus on the little things such as choice of pillow or mattress, free stocked minibar, sauna, toiletries, etc, You can get more fancy but it’s hard to get more comfortable. "

"Very nice hotel, but close to Stazione Termini. Nice when hauling your luggage but the less fortunate tend to congregate in the area."
