Hotel staff were very accommodating with left luggage allowing more time to explore. Porters were very friendly and helpful, and stood out from the reception staff in terms of customer service. This hotel is a great option for your stay in Rome. The rooms were super clean and staff were always friendly. The optional breakfast is okay, but a good option if you need a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value in the center of Rome
I always stay at this hotel when in Rome....very clean, friendly, professional and knowledgable staff. The main attraction and worth a visit is the rooftop garden which is a gem consisting of beautiful views of Rome. Great value for your money. I highly recommend it.

This Hotel was a nice surprise! From the minute we entered the doorman was very helpful and carried our bags to our room and gave us some useful tips. The breakfast every morning was amazing with real food! Easy access from the airport! Dont fall for the $55 taxi ride from FCO. Walk down to the bus and for $9 you can get a ride to Termini which is 2 blocks walk to the hotel. The hotel has many good restaurants around the block. Plenty of public transportion option and the hop on hop off tour bus pickup is 2 blocks away. The main bus stop is also 2 blocks away but there is a learning curve for that. Get the 72 hour unlimited rides pass. Walking is also an option if you want to get your steps in. It was about a 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. We will definitely stay here again!
