"Pleasant comfortable hotel in good position, close to Blackheath shops restaurants park etc and a short walk from the station. Convenient if like us you had a reason to stay in Blackheath. Excellent breakfast. I'd happily stay again. "

"The accommodation was in a perfect location for London Excel with excellent public transportation getting there. My room was comfortable and quiet. The only 2 main problems were in the bathroom. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain which was a bit gross. The shower head was impossible to tilt down therefore the water shot out horizontally, this was awkward."

"Said couldn’t give vat receipt as booked through hotels.com so I pressed them and they printed one!! For business trips this is becoming a regular problem"
