"Was given a single room when unpaid for a double. This was soon rectified. When given a key it was here you go, it yours, leave me alone. There was a continual smell of stale smoke, despite the place having no smoking signs everywhere. This was masked with air fresheners. The shower was temperamental and took fine tuning to get it right."
