"The room was ok as we used it for a base to visit the London International Horseshow. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok, but the sink has an awful drain smell when you used the tap. The television didn't work as didn't have a signal. We wasn't really bothered by this as we just wanted to listen to music so we used our phones instead. The breakfast was very nice but the service slow when they ran out of items. They didn't have any skinny milk, as I can't have full fat, so just had...
