"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would recommend it to anybody. Clean, quiet rooms. Plenty of amenities available. Staff were able to accommodate my early check in request too. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that one of the washing machines was out of order which meant there always seemed to be a queue for an available machine. However, they did put up notices about a local laundrette where laundry could be done if needed. So good on the staff of the hotel for providing an alternative. Highly recommended all round. "

Easiest Part of Our Stay in Tokyo

"Read many reviews for many hotels in Tokyo and decided on Keio Plaza Hotel. Best decision ever! The hotel was beautiful, had lots to offer, and was centrally located to all the things we did in Tokyo. We had a room in the Premier Main Tower and a room in the South Tower. The main tower is newer or newly remodeled. The main tower is the way to go. The staff was amazing. Always cheerful and helpful. My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and the concierge desk was wonderful in helping us get the piece locally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Tokyo, this is where I will stay."

"Great hotel. Loved the Godzilla theme. Everything was well-presented. The single room was very small, which is fine, but be prepared for how little it is. It was also a little confusing figuring out how to get to the hotel, as its entrance is behind the building it's part of."

"Truly enjoyed staying here. It was a couple of minutes away from the subway station and requesting a taxi was super easy. It's in a quiet part of the city but there were so many walkable dining options. It was great be able to stay away from the noise. "
