"We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. "The manager was awesome, our room was newly renovated and the new TV and remote didn't work. He came righ then and programmed it. Wow. We loved the room keycard with tap, until it didn't work. But fixed immediately. We will definitely stay there again. "
