Other guests, loud hvac unit cycling on and off all night; many working crews staying there who were up and moving/making noise very early. Room was clean; bathroom was good and newly updated; pillows were hard, foam slabs. Average overall.

Rooms are well appointed and furnishings appear to have been upgraded fairly recently, beds are comfortable, and staff was courteous and helpful. The included breakfast was also good with a large variety of options (omelets, waffles, potatoes, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and various breads and pastries).
