"Bill our host met us on arrival, communication was great and very friendly. The property is located under the family home but it’s private, extremely clean and conveniently located a short drive to most attractions. We only stayed the one night as we were driving from Auckland down south but will be back. Thanks again"

"Stayed 4 nights in school holidays. Comfortable place to stay for 2 adults with 2 young kids, close to town, great being next to the lake, appropriate amenities, and friendly owners onsite. Would gladly stay there again."

"The location of Kundaniwas was ideal is so many ways. Even though it is close to the adjacent property, it is nestled in the bush so that it has a really private feel to it. The trailhead for Lake Okereka (recommended) is conveniently just across the street. It is just a few minutes from Rotorua, and its many attractions, but apart from the crowd. The house itself is tidy, clean & well laid out. I had a great stay!"

"We loved our stay in Rotorua! Antony and Stephanie's home was the perfect location to call home for a week. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the back yard was a perfect place to relax after big adventures. They were very accommodating with our international travels and provided us with bed linen ls as well"

"We stayed at this VRBO for one night while traveling from Auckland to Taupo. Excellent communication with the host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and they even left us fresh milk and a vase of flowers. I wish we had more time to stay!"

"We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us."

"We rolled up a little early on Christmas Eve and just loved the spot with the sun rolling in. As well as Christmas and birthday to attend it was nice to also visit the Polynesian Pools, Government Gardens and walk near the lake all within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend it."

"The studio apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The gift of wine and snacks was really thoughtful and the breakfast cereal was much appreciated. Our host was easy to communicate with and the outside garden was lovely to sit in. I did have concerns around the height of the shower over the bath, so I practiced getting in and out (fully clothed to make sure it was doable) and it was fine- just make sure the rubber backed mat is on the floor and not the other one that slides on...

"It was lovely and clean and comfy bed and lovely and accommodating host. It would've been a plus if there was a tv although not a major as you dont go away to watch tv... a sofa to sit at rather than on the bed would've been better too. "

"Beautifully basic, a step out of a technological world we are constantly emerged in. Lovely place to stay, and wonderful, down to earth hosts. "

"Property dated. We had a room looking out to the carpark but there was noreal good view from any side of the property. Close enough to eating area without the noise. This was central point for us to do day trips to rotorua surrounds so it was convenient. We also booked here because it was a one bed apartment style accommodation. "

"This was our first stay at Millenium Rotorua. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable. We dined in the restaurant, the food was tasty. We also had breakfast poolside. The cost for this was pretty high given the selection that was available. The staff at the bar were awesome. That area could be made to look more exciting with more of a selection of spirits on show, it was a little lacklustre and not conducive to an extended visit, more of a “pop in” place. Overall we would definitely return here, it’s a great location and we thought the staff we encountered were fabulous! "
