"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely and big. Comfy beds, hot shower, heaps of towels, coffee pod machine. Pool was great, spa was lovely. Laundry handy. Good little gift shop. Didn’t eat at Rydges as too expensive - $65pp. Hard to find somewhere reasonable to eat in Rotorua, everything overpriced and very touristy. "

"We stayed for a night as part of a road trip, and the ensuite cabin was perfect. It was just the two of us, but a family with small children could have made use of the bunks in the other room. Everything was fresh and clean, and the grounds had a nice feel. The hot pools were a bit disappointing, being just small rectangular concrete, but we just went to Polynesian Spa instead. All in all a great place and would stay here again"

"At check in we were made to feel very welcome, it was quick & easy. Our room was immaculately clean & the only issue we had was the toaster which was resolved. Pool & spa were great. It was a little out of town which we didn’t mind and very affordable. Loved it!"
