"Bill our host met us on arrival, communication was great and very friendly. The property is located under the family home but it’s private, extremely clean and conveniently located a short drive to most attractions. "The location of Kundaniwas was ideal is so many ways. Even though it is close to the adjacent property, it is nestled in the bush so that it has a really private feel to it. The trailhead for Lake Okereka (recommended) is conveniently just across the street. It is just a few minutes from Rotorua, and its many attractions, but apart from the crowd. The house itself is tidy, clean & well laid out. I had a great stay!"

"Was delighted on arrival! The gorgeous bush lined road in, the beautiful little lane where the site is located, lined with classic baches, the lakeside location, the little street which is like a community space where people stop and chat, the bushclad hill dropping into the water, Hongi's track walking trail I was very lucky to find somewhere so serene and special. The kayaking and swimming just lovely. Definately want to return Caravan environment so well appointed. Thank you"
