"The staff throughout the facility was excellent. We had reserved a room with a King bed, upon arrival we were told that wasn't available. The person at the front desk was outstanding and made compensations for the lack of the King. The room was better (two queens) and the upgrade to breakfast was great. My wife was not happy with the lack of grab/safety bars on the tub. Maybe next time we will opt for another room with these features. Thank you for a great place and exceptional staff....

"Its located downtown in Redding so there are things close by. It is pet friendly, but i didnt see anywhere to take my dog out except in an alley or out to the street. Typical of any downtown area, there is road noise and people hanging around. The motel itself is very clean and our room had new paint and floors. The bed was fine. Overall, one night stay was fine."

"my son and his fiancé just got married this weekend. I wanted them to have a place to stay where they would not be disturbed so got them a room for them at the Hilton Garden Inn. They loved it. They said the room was great. They had fantastic food available, and it was close to everything they needed"
